Early Passion and Culinary Beginnings

Bell’s journey in the culinary world began at an early age, inspired by her family’s love for cooking and entertaining. This early exposure ignited a passion for food that would shape her life. She pursued formal training and honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of culinary arts and hospitality management.

Professional Experience

Before founding WE CANN RING THE BELL CATERING GROUP, LLC , Ms. Bell amassed a wealth of business management experience working in corporate America for some 20 plus years .This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of business and the importance of exceptional customer service and what it takes to create and deliver high-quality, memorable events.

Vision and Leadership

In 2015, Ms. Bell founded WE CANN RING THE BELL CATERING GROUP, LLC with the vision of creating a catering company that prioritizes both exceptional cuisine and outstanding service. Under her leadership, WE CANN RING THE BELL CATERING GROUP , LLC has grown to become a trusted name in the industry, known for its personalized approach and meticulous attention to detail. We believe that every event should tell a story, and this philosophy is evident in the custom menus and unique experiences crafted for each client.

EDWARD ALONZI

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

With a keen eye for detail and a relentless commitment to operational excellence, Edward Alonzi plays a pivotal role at WE CANN RING THE BELL CATERING GROUP, LLC as the Director of Operations. Bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for seamless event execution, he ensures that every event is meticulously planned and flawlessly delivered.

Professional Background

Edward began his career in the hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience in various roles that shaped his comprehensive understanding of event operations. He holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Michigan, where he developed a strong foundation in management and logistics.

Over the years, Edward has held key positions at esteemed restaurants and catering companies and event venues, including Director of Operations at “Eatzi’s  and The Buckhead Diner. In these roles, he demonstrated exceptional skills in coordinating events, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Leadership and Vision

Joining WE CANN CATERING GROUP, LLC in 2020, Edward quickly became an integral part of the leadership team. He is known for his spirit of excellence and strategic approach to operations, ensuring that every event, whether intimate or grand, runs smoothly from start to finish. His ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them has been instrumental in the company’s success.

Operational Excellence

As Director of Operations, Edward oversees all aspects of event logistics, including staffing, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site management. He works closely with Ms. Bell and with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable plans that guarantee a flawless execution.
